Functions of the SJNA
- To review all individual and group actions pertaining to the quality of life in St. John's Subdivision using the By-Laws set forth in the document, and the Covenants and Restrictions as recorded, as guidelines.
- To promote a quality of life in St. John's Subdivision which will be attractive to home owners and home buyers, sound for investors, and a credit for the community at large.
- To establish such committees and agencies as it deems necessary to carry out the functions and responsibilities of the SJNA.
- To elect officers and an Architectural Control Committee (as defined in Article II)
- It is not the intent of the SJNA to act as a developer, or to assume any other responsibilities or previously designated activities of the developer.
Annual dues
- All homeowners living in St. John's Neighborhood are responsible for annual dues
- Annual dues are $50 per year
- Due on July 1st of each year, invoices will be sent prior to due date
- Ways to pay annual dues:
- Online: Pay online
- Mail: P.O. Box 10391 Conway, AR 72034 (If paying by check, make payable to St. John's Neighborhood Association)
Monthly board meetings
- Held the first Thursday of every month
- The next board meeting will be Thursday, October 6 at 6:00 pm, at 1520 Amelia Drive
- Meetings are open to all home owners in St. John's Neighborhood
